Sign of the Times opened in 2021 as the first tattoo studio in Dutchtown, and every appointment since has been built the same way: one artist, one client, no rush. Our team covers large-scale black & grey, sharp fine line, loud traditional color, and everything between.
Every booking is scheduled directly with the artist doing the work, so the quote, the timeline, and the design are theirs from the first text to the final wipe-down.

Established in 2021, Sign of the Times stands as a landmark for new growth in an old South City neighborhood of St. Louis. Within twenty minutes of the shop there are hundreds of things to do and places to eat and drink — in true shop-local fashion, these are the ones nearest to us.
